How to use it
- 10 drops in a 10 mL roll-on bottle, topped up with fractionated coconut oil.
- 3 drops in the diffuser in the room where you work.
- Put one drop in a tablespoon of carrier oil before spreading it on the skin.
- Use together with the other seven oils of the Technique.
