Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as long as the products are sealed and unopened. To start a return, send a short email to info@aromahain.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return steps and address by email.
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or you have shown proof of return. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to essential oils, oil blends, roll-ons and personal care products whose safety seal, closure film or outer packaging seal has been opened or removed.
Your statutory rights
As a consumer you have statutory rights if goods are defective or not as described (legal guarantee of conformity). The return option above is in addition to these rights and does not limit them.

If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is faulty, please write to us as soon as possible at info@aromahain.com and attach photos of the parcel and of the damaged contents, together with your order number. We usually reply within 24 hours and will tell you how we put it right.
