Shinrin-Yoku in the 15 mL bottle: not a roll-on but the undiluted blend with dropper insert: a green-woody scent of conifer and citrus.
The blend contains Lemon, Grapefruit, Patchouli, Siberian Fir, Cypress, Hinoki, Cardamom, Lavandin and Rose Geranium. The citrus oils open bright and fresh, Fir, Cypress and Hinoki bring the smell of needles and damp wood, and Patchouli lays an earthy base beneath. It is also available ready-diluted as Shinrin-Yoku Touch in a roll-on.
How to use it
- In the diffuser: 3–4 drops on the water fill.
- Diluted as a scent on the skin: 1 drop in a teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil, on wrists or forearms, not on the face.
- One drop on a piece of felt in the wardrobe.
- Store upright, in the dark and tightly closed.
Good to know
- 15 mL in a bottle with dropper insert: at around 20 drops per millilitre, that is about 300 drops.
- Never apply undiluted to the skin; according to the label, avoid the face, eyes, ears and mucous membranes.
- Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, seek medical advice before use.
- Contains citrus oils: keep the treated area out of sun and UV light for at least 12 hours afterwards.
