dōTERRA Serenity, 15 mL. An essential oil blend from dōTERRA in the original sealed glass bottle with dropper insert: around 250 drops.

Serenity is one of the best-known dōTERRA blends and part of the Mood Management Kit. The 15 mL bottle is the large size: around 250 drops, so about 80 diffuser runs of three drops each. Composition and scent description are on the label.

How to use it

  • 3–4 drops in the diffuser, water up to the fill line.
  • 10 drops in a 10 mL roll-on bottle, topped up with fractionated coconut oil.
  • Stir two drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil into the bath water.
  • One drop on a wooden clip in the linen cupboard.
