Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return sealed, unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. A short email to info@aromahain.com is enough to start. For hygiene and safety reasons, products whose seal was removed after delivery cannot be returned. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. What should I do if a parcel arrives damaged?
Please write to us as soon as possible at info@aromahain.com and attach photos of the parcel and of the damaged contents, with your order number. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
